SALSA (verde)

6-8		tomatillos, husks removed and chopped
1/2		small red onion, diced
2		roasted, peeled, diced chilies
2-3 cloves	garlic
juice of, 1	lime
1/4 c		minched, fresh cilantro

* Mix it all up, throw it in the fridge to 'settle'
