GUACAMOLE

2		avocado's
1/2 tbsp	lemon
1/2 tbsp	lime
pinch		cayenne pepper
1 small		tomato (with seeds / insides removed)

* mash up the avocado's good, add lemon, lime and cyann pepper, cover with
  serran wrap so it touches the avocado, preventing air prevents browning! just
  before serving add the tomatos.

* you can leave the tomato's out, i usually do but it's a nice little zest added
  to the end if your a tomato fan!
