BLACK BEAN DIP VERSION 1 2 can black beans 1 can crushed or pureed tomato's 1 small onion 3 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp cumin powder 3 cloves chopped garlic 1/4 cup cilantro * heat up the oil in a nonstick saucepan * add onions, cook until clear, when about 1/2 way done throw in the garlic * add tomato sauce, cook until flavors are blended (about 10 mins on low heat) * throw in the black beans, cook with the lid on for 20 mins * take the lid off and let most of the excess moisture evaporate * blend in a blender, or mash with a potato masher. * sprinkel with the cilantro * THIS RECIPE IS AMAZING
