FALAFEL 3/4 cup dried chickpeas 1 large onion, coarsely chopped 2 garlic cloves, coarsley chopped 4 tbsp coarsely chopped parsley 1 tsp cumin seeds, crushed 1 tsp coriander seeds 1/4 tsp baking powder dash salt dash pepper * Put the chickpeas in a bowl with tons of water to hydrate overnight * Boil on high for an hour to cook. * Grind everything up * Fry in oi until a deep golden brown, keep these puppies hot, it's the best way!
