A lot of people have been asking me for my various recipes here's an attempt to get most if not all of them online. :)

Just so your aware, i am a vegan, thus all of the recipes you see below will be vegan.

Note: due to popular demand, not all the recipes are vegan, anymore :)

Japanese
tempura A fantastic tempura recipe, this is definatly one of my favorites, goes great with friend rice or 'egg' noodles
sweet & sour sauce This is simply the best sweet and sour sauce of all time, it's easy to make, too!


Italian
perfect garlic Butter on garlic bread?! are you insane? This is a fantastic recipe for you garlic lovers out there, i make this all the time.


Mexican
shiitake quesadillas An awesome twist that brings the strong flavor of Japanese shiitake and a Mexican classic, quesadillas.
black bean dip v1 this is the BEST of them all, and better yet it's simple!
black been dip v2 grey pupon anyone? if your fancy, this is the dip for you.
salsa picante YUM
salsa verde just ask verde, this is 100% approved.
simple amazing guacamole this is so good, and so green the hulk will show up just to dip!


Mediterranean
yo! babaganoush A definate staple if you love eggplant!
i falafel you falafel MMM, these are good to munch on, but otherwise excellent with hummus.
yummy hummus Made with the peas that arn't peas!


Miscellanous
enriched almonnaise Step aside egg-mayo!, this stuff beats it ALL, you'll never go back to that lousy excuse for mayonaise you've been eating!
