$TenDRA$ keyword expansion

At the moment SubVersion does not support custom keywords natively, we decided to not bother with a s/TenDRA/Id/ considering the developers intend to add keyword support in the future.

If you want keywords to be expanded you can apply this patch from Peter Pentchev.
